Cancellation Policy

You have a 14 day cooling-off period from the time at which you subscribe to a Caravan Connect service within which you can cancel your subscription providing your subscription has not already ended as some subscriptions are for a duration of less than 14 days.

To cancel your subscription please email support@caravanconnect.co.uk.

Refund Policy

If you cancel within the cooling-off period, you will be refunded in full, unless if during the cooling-off period, you have used (benefited) from the service. You will then be refunded for the part of the subscription you have not used. A £15.00 administration fee will be applied in this instance due to the additional processing required.

For any loss of service where we have been unable to provide the service at our listed sites, you can request a compensatory extension to your subscription of double the period we have been unable to provide service to the site(s).

All refunds and extensions will be processed within 14 days of approval.
