Sunnycott Caravan Park is a small, quiet, rural, family owned and run Park consisting of 20 caravans. It is conveniently situated about 1 ½ miles from the world famous yachting town of Cowes on the north eastern side of the Island where, throughout the summer, all types of boating activities take place culminating in Cowes Week at the beginning of August and with the Power Boat Race shortly afterwards.

The luxury caravans sleep 4 or 6 and comprise one or two bedrooms; they are connected to all main services and include a colour television. They are equipped with quilts, pillows, china, cooking utensils, toaster etc and the Executive caravans are also equipped with a microwave oven.

Thorness and Gurnard beaches are both within walking distance.

Carpenters Farm Campsite is perfectly positioned next to The St. Helens Marshes SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest), an RSPB reserve. The old railway line, now disused, is a beautiful walk that will take you from St. Helens to Brading, through the marshes.

With an abundance of local pubs and restaurants there is a wide choice of places to eat at prices to suit all budgets. Bembridge harbour is only a mile away and you will find fishing trips available from here. Horse riding, sailing academies and extreme sports are all in the locality.

Church Farm comprises of 3 old farm buildings in traditional Norfolk flint that have been converted into charming holiday accommodation and a caravan site open to members of the Caravan Club. Situated in Lower Gresham the accommodation and site is set in the grounds of the owner’s home in 4.5 acres.

The surrounding land is farmed and the location is tranquil, being the perfect place to unwind. Close to the beaches and the seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer, it affords easy access to the coastal resorts, and provides a quiet bolthole into which to retreat.

Sheringham is a short drive with its sandy beaches, and provides the main station for the Poppy Line steam railway. Other attractions include the ‘Splash’ indoor leisure centre, the local market, the Little Theatre and traditional shops. A little out of town is Sheringham Park, which in April/May becomes a riot of colour with woodland blue bells competing with the spectacular rhododendrons and azaleas. The Georgian town of Holt is 5 about miles way, most famous for its 16th Century private school, Gresham School, boutique shops, artist studios, restaurants and independent department store.
